Here Is What You Need:

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked for 1 hour)
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • fresh cracked pepper

Place everything into a blender, and blend until smooth.
